While we empathize with you if you have to cancel your trip booking due to some unforeseen circumstances, refunds and cancellations are subject to the rules of the primary booking company. You can also reschedule your booking if you don’t want to travel on a certain date and time. However, in any such event, there can be additional charges applicable.
A combination of internal and external rules affects Cruise Universe's refund and cancellation policies. Consumers may change their plans at any time, which will result in the cancellation of their train tickets and a credit to their account; however, cancellation penalties may be deducted, based on the terms of the relevant airline, rail company, cruise line, and hotel reservation.
Reservations for flights, trains, and cruises have different cancellation policies depending on where the booking was made initially. You can cancel a train ticket up to 24 hours before the train's departure. Nonetheless, cancellation rules vary per organization and apply differently to reservations for cruises and domestic and international travel. Note that the primary booking organization usually charges costs for cancellations or rescheduling.
No Show Policy
There is a no-show policy for all our travel partners. You cannot claim any refund from any of our travel partners if you don’t show up on the date of the flight, ticket, bus, or cruise. The same applies to hotel bookings too. It is important to cancel your trip before the date arrives so that you can claim a valid refund.
